Job DescriptionOverviewThe Loan Servicing Indirect Specialist is responsible for performing all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document review, meeting service level agreements (SLAs). and ensuring compliance of loan packages received for funding.Essential FunctionsPartner with third party vendors and agenciesReview and send customer correspondenceEnsure accuracy of informationProvide excellent customer and business unit support serviceMaintain knowledge of job specific products and servicesInteract as appropriate with other business units within the bankManage work queues / workflows as neededSupport for testing of new products and servicesIdentify and resolve customer service issues 'Perform all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document reviewMeet SLA'sPartner with vehicle specialists as required to assure proper documentation for securing collateralEnsure compliance of loan packages received for fundingProvide support to all areas of Indirect loan servicing, including uploading and post-closing, as directedPartner with vehicle specialists as required to assure proper documentation for securing collateralPreform relevant administrative duties as requiredReview appropriate departmental records and processesEnsure total quality of work preformedProvide support to all areas of Indirect loan servicing, including uploading and post-closing, as directedEnsure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredNorthwest is an equal opportunity employer.
