Responsibilities The Loan Servicing Specialist will process borrower and investor payments demands payoffs and reconveyances. The Specialist will also board loans monitor property taxes & insurance make advances when necessary and in some cases handle collections and loan modifications. This is an in-office position (on Wilshire Brentwood) and the Specialist will be communicating with borrowers investors and management on a daily basis. Qualifications Loan Servicing Experience including the responsibilities described above as well as strong verbal & written communication skills. The candidate should have a clear understanding of Notes Deeds Title Policies and Settlement Statements. Bi-lingual and experience with The Mortgage Office (loan servicing software) is a plus.
