Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for a Modality Technologist position that will provide support in Grand Island, NE. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details
Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
Modality: Mammography
Equipment: Hologic
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm
Pay: $2,200 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)
Role: Work in an outpatient imaging center performing screening and diagnostic exams on Hologic equipment.

Requirements:
Active ARRT (M) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within your modality
Must be able to perform screening and diagnostic exams as well as help with QC. Must be okay with working on your own.
About Your Role:
As a Travel Mammography Technologist, you will provide high-quality breast imaging services to support early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. Working in collaboration with radiologists and clinical teams, you’ll ensure patient comfort, safety, and the delivery of accurate diagnostic images across diverse care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to obtain high-quality, diagnostic images.\Provide compassionate, professional care while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely interpretation and follow-up.
Maintain and operate mammography equipment, performing regular quality control procedures.
Adhere to MQSA, ACR, and FDA guidelines and standards.
Adapt quickly to new environments and support imaging teams as needed.
