HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: ED - Emergency DepartmentDiscipline: RNDuration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexibleEmployment Type: Local Contract Number of Beds : 101·         Type of equipment : baxter pumps, GE monitors·         Documentation system: Cerner·         Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend, can’t commit to block scheduling, scheduling must meet the needs of the dept.·         Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.·         Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit Hospital Specifics-Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSSENPC within 90 days of hire Must have: 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
