HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Dallas, Texas.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: ICU - Intensive Care UnitDiscipline: RNDuration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: Local Contract Assignment Length: 13 weeksShift/Workdays: Weekend – RotatingCall Requirements: NoGuaranteed Hours: 36Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years +Other Helpful or Misc. Information: Very high acuity unit with ECMO, heart transplant, CABG, etcl Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Type of equipment : variousDocumentation system: MeditechScheduling requirements: every other weekend overtime availableFloating policy: can be floated as needed to other ICUs depending on volume and acuity. On rare occasion may be floated to PCU Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Magnet, CP, Stroke, Unit is Beacon award winner Hiring profileRequested Skill Set: Must have: · 2+ years ICU, previous· BLS· ACLS· Hemodynamic monitoring, ACLS, CPR, Ventilated patients. Post CABG care Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: · Meditech experience preferred· CVICU experience Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: Active Texas RN License-Temp license will not be accepted Procedures performed on unit: Multiple via intensivist Patient Experience Required: Bedside shift report required with updates to white board. Rudeness is not tolerated Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.Scrub Coloro RN: Royal BlueNail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individuallyPiercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.Other –
