Every other weekend and holiday rotation·         Floating policy: will float between 2 North and 2 west·         Patient Experience requirements: positive attitude. Meet needs of pt and families, do service recovery as necessary, escalate any problem  through chain of commandHospital Specifics-·         Certifications: BLS requiredMust have: IV starts, NGT placement, wound care, cardiac rhythms Advanced skills needed: cardiac rhtym interpretation Procedures performed on unit: lab draws/ iv starts,
