LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Klamath Falls, Oregon.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Physical TherapistDiscipline: TherapyStart Date: ASAPDuration: 52 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexibleEmployment Type: Local ContractJob Title: Physical TherapistJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Klamath Falls, ORSalay Range: To be discussedDuties and Responsibilities:Assess patient condition, establish goals and treatments in conjunction with the patient, and develop a treatment plan.Verify required authorizations prior to the initial evaluation or treatment session.Document findings, treatments, and other patient information in the medical record.Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant when appropriate to ensure treatment plans are followed.Operate therapeutic equipment and devices correctly; ensure proper use and maintenance.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to ensure interdisciplinary care.Qualifications:Current, valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.Current BLS certification.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operations, especially in an FQHC environment.Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings.Sensitivity to diverse patient and staff populations.Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Must be free from any State or Federal exclusions.Urgent need!!About LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
