Empower young minds and inspire lasting change! Cross Country Education is looking for a licensed School Psychologist to join our collaborative team to champion student mental health and academic growth in Naperville, IL for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year.

Position Overview:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, interpret cognitive and behavioral data, and prepare detailed reports to determine special education eligibility for elementary students.
  • Divide time across two elementary campuses to actively lead IEP meetings, consult with educators, and guide Child Study/problem-solving teams.
  • Design and implement individual or school-wide positive behavioral support plans, offering targeted interventions to support students' mental health and academic success.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement
  • Prior experience working within a school or pediatric setting (Preferred)
