DescriptionAs a Locum MD or DO you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. This position not only allows you to apply your expertise but also contributes to our mission of connecting skilled professionals with healthcare facilities in need.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic and oncologic disordersConduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient careMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryParticipate in clinical rounds and case discussionsMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsEducate patients and their families about treatment options and care plansStay current with advancements in hematology and oncologyRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolAssociate-level experience in Hematology OncologyBoard certification in Hematology and/or Oncology preferredStrong clinical skills and patient management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to providing high-quality patient careCurrent medical license to practice in the state of MarylandSchedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour day shiftsNo call requirementSetting: 100% inpatientDaily Volume: 20-30 patientsCases: Primarily hematology with some oncologyEMR: MeditechMust be board-certifiedPaid travel & expenses Key Skills Arabic Faculty,Furniture,Housekeeping,Financial Consulting,Arabic Employment Type : CONTRACT Experience: years Vacancy: 1
