DescriptionThis contract position offers a unique opportunity for an Associate-level physician to provide exceptional pediatric care while working within a dynamic staffing and recruiting environment.As a Locum MD/DO in Pediatrics you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical services to children in our care. Your expertise will contribute to the well-being of young patients ensuring they receive the necessary attention and treatment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive pediatric care to patients of all agesConduct thorough examinations and assessmentsDiagnose and treat common pediatric conditionsCollaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionalsEducate patients and families on health maintenance and disease preventionMaintain accurate and timely medical recordsRespond to emergencies and urgent medical situationsParticipate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunitiesRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolCurrent state medical license to practice in CaliforniaBoard certification in Pediatrics is preferredExperience in a pediatric practice settingStrong clinical skills and patient management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCommitment to providing compassionate care to children and their familiesSchedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a) 6-7 days per monthDelivery Volume: 30 per monthDuties: Well-newborn exam upon delivery follow-up with any additional needs until discharge discharge exam and attendance at delivery if requestedSupport Staff: Nurses OB tech lactation consultantsMust be board-certifiedPaid travel & expenses Key Skills Arabic Faculty,Furniture,Housekeeping,Financial Consulting,Arabic Employment Type : CONTRACT Experience: years Vacancy: 1
