DescriptionIn this role you will provide expert care in the field of Otolaryngology addressing a wide range of conditions related to the ear nose and throat. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare providers.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with ENT conditionsDevelop and implement comprehensive treatment plansPerform surgical procedures as needed adhering to best practicesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careStay updated on advancements in Otolaryngology and healthcare trendsProvide patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment optionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programsRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolActive medical license in the state of OhioBoard certification or eligibility in OtolaryngologyStrong clinical skills with a patient-centered approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience in a similar role or specialty preferredFamiliarity with electronic medical record systems is a plusSchedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour clinic shiftsClinic OR and call shifts are availableLevel I Trauma facilityPatient Census: 36-40 per dayAll pediatric ENT procedures are required including airwaysSupport Staff: 3 APPsEMR: EpicPediatric fellowship is strongly preferredMust be board-certified or board-eligiblePaid travel accommodations Key Skills Arabic Faculty,Furniture,Housekeeping,Financial Consulting,Arabic Employment Type : CONTRACT Experience: years Vacancy: 1
