DescriptionAs a Trauma Surgeon you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality surgical care to patients with traumatic injuries. You will work alongside a skilled medical team ensuring that our surgical practices meet the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform surgical procedures for trauma patients effectively and efficientlyCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plansProvide preoperative and postoperative care to patientsConduct thorough patient assessments and evaluationsMonitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryDocument all patient interactions and surgical outcomes accuratelyParticipate in emergency surgeries as requiredStay updated with the latest surgical techniques and advancementsRequirementsMedical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeCurrent board certification in Trauma SurgeryValid medical license to practice in the state of North CarolinaPrior experience in trauma surgery preferredStrong surgical skills and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvementSchedule: 12 or 24-hour shiftsPatient Volume: 35 per day split between providersMust be proficient with tube thoracostomy central venous catheter placement and arterial line placementSupport Staff: Surgeons APPs and residentsEMR: Cerner PowerChartMust be board-certifiedPaid travel & expenses Key Skills Arabic Faculty,Furniture,Housekeeping,Financial Consulting,Arabic Employment Type : CONTRACT Experience: years Vacancy: 1
