Job Opportunity: Locum - Physician - OB/GYN in Bardstown KYJoin a dedicated healthcare team at a rural hospital in Bardstown Kentucky. The practice aims to provide exceptional service in Obstetrics and Gynecology ensuring a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of the community.Job Responsibilities:Conduct patient rounding and management of labor and antepartum triage.Respond to ER consults and address OBGYN-related concerns.Perform required procedures including labors deliveries C-sections management of maternal hypertension and maternal hemorrhage.Execute gynecologic surgeries based on urgency including D&C ablations and hysterectomy.Utilize Epic for electronic medical records.Work collaboratively with RNs on Labor & Delivery.Qualifications:Board Certified in OB/GYN.Active state medical license.ACLS and DEA certification required during credentialing.Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.Availability at the time of name clearance is mandatory.License and Certification Requirements:Board Certification: RequiredState License: RequiredOther Certifications: ACLS and DEA Required during credentialingMalpractice: Clean record preferredBardstown known as the Bourbon Capital of the World offers a charming community with deep-rooted history stunning architecture and beautiful parks.
