Emergency Privileges is not.Facility Reimbursement:Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class.
