Summary: St. Anthony Hospital is looking for Urgent December coverage with their Gastroenterology team. Site requires ERCP to be considered. BID DUE DATE: Nov 19th at 5p EST! Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation $262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call (Daily) $5200 and below - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $7800 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratisCall Back $525 and below Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Holiday Call Back $787.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Average callback hours: 11.5 hoursSchedule/Availability Requirements:All shifts end the following morning at 7a.Dec 7Jan-Mar dates will be presented once Dec 7th is filled. Details: 24 hour call - 7a-7a5-7 days per month ongoing into 2025.Setting: InpatientLevel 1 TraumaRequired Procedures/Job duties: Scoping ERCP EUS Endoscopy GI Bleed Evaluation of GI problems. EMR: EPICSupport Staff: NoneReason for coverage: Gaps in coverage and locum requiring breaks June/July/Aug 2025.EMR Required Training:Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into applicant in training to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account. Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual (PPL) training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training before first day details can be released. Otherwise Pediatric patients are not admitted to the facility.GI does not admit they are just a consult service.24/7 intensivists & hospitalists at site.24/7 Trauma Services at site.Requirement description : Board Certified Gastroenterology - REQUIREDActive CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) - REQUIREDActive DEA - REQUIRED Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked.)Candidates must be available for Dec dates to be considered for ongoing dates - REQUIREDCandidates must be able to perform ERCP to be considered and are required to note in presentation - REQUIREDCandidates must acknowledge they understand the requirement to stay at a preferred hotel from the preferred lodging in job description - REQUIREDMust acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - REQUIREDLocal/drive-in candidates - HIGHLY PREFERRED will place providers who are local as a Tier 1 provider.
