Locum Radiology Interventional MDDO at UMH Sparrow Lansing Main Hospital

Job Title: Locum Physician - Interventional RadiologyJoin a well-respected healthcare facility in Lansing Michigan as a full-time Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist. Youll be part of a collaborative team consisting of three physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers delivering exceptional hospital-based interventional radiology services. This role works on a day-shift schedule with call coverage every third weekday and weekend.Job Responsibilities:Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty stent placement embolization needle biopsy thrombolysis and uterine fibroid embolization.Participate in a call schedule providing support every third weekday and weekend.Collaborate with a dedicated team of interventional radiologists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.Maintain accurate patient documentation and utilize the hospitals EMR system.Participate in additional procedures as necessary including those related to Orthopedics Gynecology and Urology.Qualifications:Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (required).Active Michigan State Medical License (required).Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required).Clean malpractice and license history (preferred).Local providers preferred as mileage reimbursement is offered.License and Certification Requirements:Board Certified in Interventional Radiology: RequiredActive State Medical License: RequiredBLS Certification: RequiredACLS Certification: RequiredExperience a vibrant culture and enriching lifestyle in Lansing a city known for its dynamic community scenic parks and cultural attractions.
