This facility is seeking a dedicated Locum Physician specializing in Cardiovascular Surgery. The opportunity includes hospital rounding and surgery ensuring an engaging and challenging work environment. Coverage includes the holiday season with potential for additional shifts throughout 2026.Job Responsibilities:Perform surgeries and procedures including Aneurysm Repair Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) and Heart Valve Replacement.Engage in hospital rounding and patient management ensuring the highest quality of care.Participate in a call schedule available for on-call duties during your coverage period.Utilize the EPIC documentation system for all patient records and notes.Travel and accommodations will be arranged and reimbursed in accordance with IRS standard rates.Qualifications:Board certified in Cardiovascular Surgery.Completed fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery.Possess a valid South Carolina medical license (must be active and not in the process of obtaining).Hold an active ACLS certification.Clean professional background with no prior disciplinary actions.Availability for coverage during the December holiday period.License and Certification Requirements:Active South Carolina medical license (no exceptions).Board certification in Cardiovascular Surgery.Current ACLS certification.Experience the vibrant city of Greenville SC known for its stunning landscapes lively arts scene and exceptional dining options.
