Job Overview Specialty: Urgent Care Hospital Location: Multiple locations around Springfield, MO Summary: Urgent Care is looking for Board Certified/Eligible physicians (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds urgent care coverage. Reason for opening: Scheduling need Setting: Urgent Care Dates:December 2 - ongoing Boarded: Residency trained and ABMS or AOB certified (no other boards accepted) Populations: Must be able to see all ages Case logs: Proof of 50 patient encounters in the past 12 months relevant to privileges requested CPR: Current BLS (AHA only) and preference to ACLS and PALS Urgent care procedures: sutures, wound care, incision and draining, splinting, x-rays, EKGs, drawing blood Supervision: Must be able to work independently without nurse support EMR: Epic EMR experience preferred Shifts: 12-hour shifts, No overtime granted Availability: All shifts open with preference to those willing to work weekends and holidays
