Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Urology in Paducah KYJoin our dedicated healthcare team at a well-regarded hospital in Paducah Kentucky! Our facility focuses on providing quality care and were seeking a locum Urologist to cover weekends while offering vital support to our employed physicians. The team currently consists of one physician and two nurse practitioners with a commitment to enhancing patient care and recovery.Job Responsibilities:Provide inpatient coverage through scheduled call duties typically 2-3 weekends per month.Take consults and round on urology patients in service.Perform necessary procedures and surgeries including general urology and advanced endoscopic techniques.Engage with a skilled team and utilize available resources effectively including potential robotic procedures.Work independently as the only urologist onsite during assignments.Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.Qualifications:Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology.Preference for candidates with a Kentucky medical license (IMLC acceptable).BLS/ACLS Certification required.Must be able to provide proof of flu vaccination.COVID vaccination is highly preferred.Licenses and Certifications:Kentucky Medical License (Preferred).BLS and ACLS Certifications (Required).Flu vaccination documentation (Required).COVID vaccination (Highly preferred).Paducah Kentucky is a charming riverside city known for its vibrant arts scene rich history and beautiful parks.
