Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCompany DescriptionOn-Site 1 yr ContractPay rate: $27/hr DOEWork Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMJob DescriptionProvide overall warehouse operational and administrative support to all departments in all positionsContinuous process improvement suggestions and project execution assistanceProject and new initiative execution supportSupport WH damage reduction campaign to help reduce damages and claimsCompile reports and dashboards to assist with predictable managementReporting and presentation preparation and assistance as needed by site leaderReport any discrepancies to the proper department(s) leadership teamAssist in training leadership (leads and supervisors) in new/current processes and provide documented training recordsTrack WH operation trends through internal productivity tracker and report results to leadership teamManage additional tasks required by Site/General Manager and ClientWeekly Block Inventory Report shared with site leaders and inventory teamsClaims Ticket Validation and reporting to SDS Claims TeamDaily operations reporting shared with WH leadership teamsWarehouse improvement initiatives and follow upsInventory, Returns, Outbound, and Inbound support provided to NJT WH's as neededInventory Management with Cycle Counts 1. Monitoring Cycle Count % Accuracy and Discrepancies 2. Inventory Adjustment Validation Root Cause and Action PlanSOP managementCello KPI MonitoringQualifications2+ years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar warehouse supervisory positionHigh School Diploma or GED RequiredExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsWorking knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)Ability to accurately track inventory and create reportsPossess an analytical mind with strong math skillsExcellent organizational and planning skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesReliable and trustworthyAbility to travel ~10% to other US warehousesRelevant qualifications (e.g. CPIM) are a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
