Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!We are looking for a dependable detail-oriented Part Time Logistic Support Assistant to support our Tech Support team with real-time shipping tasks return coordination showroom product handling and light event support. This role is ideal for someone who moves with urgency stays organized and enjoys a mix of administrative work and hands-on responsibilities.You will create shipping labels as requests come in manage return deadlines coordinate quick shipments from our showroom warehouse and assist with diffuser setups during showroom events. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to walk short distances between buildings.ResponsibilitiesShipping & ReturnsCreate shipping labels in real time as agents submit requests.Monitor and update expired or unused return labels.Communicate with clients regarding label expiration and return order closures.Maintain accurate tracking logs for all returns and outbound shipments.Warehouse & Showroom CoordinationWalk to the showroom/warehouse (less than ¼ mile) to prepare products for same-day shipment.Stage items for the warehouse team to pack and ship.Drop off products or packaging materials as needed.Assist with diffuser setups during showroom events.Administrative SupportAssist with backend updates in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).Support agents with label issues return status updates and account accuracy.Help close out return and replacement cases promptly and accurately.Requirements12 years of experience in customer service administration logistics or operations (preferred).Strong computer and email skills; ability to learn label-creation software quickly.Excellent communication organization and follow-up skills.Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive requests.Comfortable walking short distances and handling small products.Dependable punctual and proactive with strong attention to detail.Benefits and Schedule:Opportunity for growth into Tech Operations or full-time roles.Hands-on experience with logistics return management and showroom operations.Fast-paced supportive environment.Part-time schedule 1PM7PM MondayFridayWynwood MiamiEmployee discounts Our organization is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any candidate on the basis of race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran or disability status or any other legally protected characteristics.
