Logistics Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Rate: $17.50

Shift: 10AM-6:30PM

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repacking, and shipping
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and inventory cycle counting
• Maintain general facility cleanliness and safety standards
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations as directed by management

What's Needed?

• Basic PC skills and ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts and additional weekend days if required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is a plus but not mandatory
