Logistics Clerk at LifeMed Alaska LLC
JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a detail-driven Logistics Clerk to support our Logistics and Fleet & Facilities teams and help keep operations running smoothly.

JOB DUTIES
- Assist departments with routine errands and basic operational requests as needed.
- Support daily morning checks, including cabinet audits and tracking of spare equipment.
- Assist with backstock activities such as cycle counts, supply organization, ordering support, and medical mission drop-offs.
- Help coordinate proper disposal of medications and used supplies in accordance with Alaska Medical Waste procedures.
- Provide support for preventive maintenance (PM) activities, including transporting equipment to BioMed as directed.
- Assist with fulfilling base supply requests and helping compile related supply reports.
- Support upkeep of OPIQ records by assisting with load list updates and supply adjustments.
- Monitor backorder notifications and assist with tracking PM status, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide general support for facility and fleet needs, including vehicle movement, pickups, drop-offs, and other tasks as directed by the Facilities/Fleet Manager.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure: Current, valid Driver's License required. Obtain a pharmacy tech license within one year of appointment to this position and maintain current licensure.
Experience: Minimum three years clerical/logistics experience. Medical background preferred.
Other Required Competencies and Abilities: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, familiarity with web-based databases. Excellent organization and communication skills. The ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment highly desired.
