Pay: $25/hourSchedule: Variable 12-hour shifts (must have flexible availability all days of the week) Essential FunctionsAs a Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage the entire shipping process from order picking to final loading, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Coordinating order picking, staging, loading, and generating shipping documentsUsing SAP and other systems to process shipments and maintain shipping recordsActing as the primary logistics contact and phone support for carriersGreeting and directing drivers, verifying shipment detailsMaintaining dock schedules and ensuring all safety protocols (wheel chocks, dock locks, driver keys) are followedPreparing paperwork for next-day shipments and creating miscellaneous shipping labels as neededAssisting with glass inventory location for shipmentsOverseeing 5S activities and safety compliance on shiftSupporting team members with SOPs and reporting opportunities to leadership What You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent0-1 year of experience (entry-level welcome!)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsBasic computer skills; SAP experience is a plusStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsA proactive, safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Why You'll Love This Job:We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
