Functional Description
The logistics department’s primary responsibilities will include data entry, shipping and receiving customer items, maintaining and handling physical inventory, warehouse and facility upkeep. This position will also serve as a delivery driver on an as-needed basis to drive to UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or to a customer site.

The core responsibilities for this position include:
Perform work to ISO standardsAssist with organizing and prioritizing team workflowProcess and verify outbound shipmentsDeliver shipments to couriers, airports, or customer sites as neededIdentify, correct, and report shipment exceptionsReceive, coordinate, reconcile, and report incoming shipmentsIdentify, quarantine. and report non-conforming productsAssist in organization and data accuracy of inventory systemPackaging inventoryReport inventory discrepanciesBack-up to report/reconcile critical inventory non-conformities to production teamBack-up to report inefficiencies to managementAssist in developing and improving communication methods with other departmentsAssist in coordinating freight couriersAssist with warehouse and facilities upkeepQualifications
Required qualifications include:
Must have NetSuite WMS experience
Minimum 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle report1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving roleGood communication and organizational skillsExperience with data entry and inventory software (e.g. Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)Prior work experience sufficient to work under general supervisionMaintain great attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritizeEnvironmental and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 75 poundsAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to travel, both domestically and internationally, for extended periods of timeDexterous ability to manipulate small objectsWilling to work standard and non-standard hours as required to support the customers
