Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Graceland Management Services, LLC is looking for an experienced professional to manage our growing Logistics Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills and be incredibly organized. The Logistics Manager should be an excellent multi-tasker who works well under pressure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Delivery Driver Management - Employees and Independent ContractorsHiringRecruitingOnboardingTrainingComplianceEquipment Repair ManagementMonthly shop inventoriesEnsure that work orders are fulfilledBuilding PrepPulling and staging building deliveries for the delivery driversPerforming AnalyticsMeasuring performance and compliance using applicable software programsAssessing the needs of the company and the drivers using technological methodsRequirements:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - requiredExperience with customer deliveries and installations preferred (or similar experience)Knowledge of/experience in the Portable Building Industry preferredClass A CDL preferredPostsecondary education preferred or equivalent experience in Logistics
