Come join the team!SummaryThe Logistics Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, visibility, and integrity across warehouse operations. This role oversees inventory control processes from inbound receipt through putaway, storage, and system reconciliation, with a strong focus on data accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-system alignment between WMS and ERP.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end inventory control processes, including inbound receiving, putaway, storage, adjustments, and cycle countsMonitor and analyze inventory accuracy by reconciling discrepancies between WMS and ERP systems on a daily basisDevelop and maintain inventory KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, adjustment trends, staging dwell time, aging, system variances)Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with operations and IT teamsSupport physical inventory counts and cycle count programs, including variance analysis and system correctionTrack staging and dwell time metrics to minimize inventory congestion and improve warehouse flowImprove inventory visibility and reporting through dashboards and standardized reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)Establish and enforce inventory control SOPs to support audit readiness and operational consistencySupport internal and external audits by providing inventory data, explanations, and reconciliation logicQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field7+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain analyticsBilingual in English and KoreanHands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems and inventory reconciliation processesStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyExperience building and maintaining inventory reports and dashboardsHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environmentExperience with consumer goods or durable goods inventoryFamiliarity with Tableau or other BI/reporting toolsExperience supporting cycle count programs and audit processesKnowledge of inventory adjustment controls and compliance requirementsInventory accuracy & data integrityCross-system reconciliation (WMS vs ERP)Process improvement & standardizationOperational visibility & KPI-driven managementCross-functional communication and collaboration#LI-DR1Recruiting Range$115,000—$125,000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
