Financial Analyst Visa Status: H4 EAD GC GC EAD & USC Job Type: W2C Experience: 0 5 years We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning reporting and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data create meaningful insights and help strengthen business performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts to support business decisions. Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports. Monitor KPIs and identify trends risks and opportunities. Support budgeting variance analysis and cost optimization initiatives. Build financial models and dashboards for reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and business strategies. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field (preferred). 0 7 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A accounting or related roles. Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau Power BI or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is beneficial. Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills. Additional information: Onsite and Hybrid position are available. Candidate must be located at US. No relocation.
