Your primary mission is to prevent loss deter unsafe behavior enforce hotel policies and respond swiftly and decisively to incidents all while upholding the high service standards that define Signia by Hilton.Shift would consist of being flexible to work weekends and 3P-11P.What will I be doingAs a Security Officer you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks security risks and undesirable conditionsRespond to emergency situations including but not limited to safety hazards fires medical emergencies and threats to life and/or propertyPromote safe work practicesInitiates preliminary investigations into incidents as neededWrites reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation as neededRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely friendly and efficient mannerRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Access,CAD,Jira,Bid Management,Market Intelligence,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
