And youll provide leadership when it comes to guest data governance policies and enhancements.As a Loyalty Marketing Analyst you will play a key role in bringing Targets loyalty strategy to this role youll coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience within Targets loyalty collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to operationalize campaignsbuilding targeted audiences for marketing communications partnering with channel marketing teams to deliver personalized messages and developing and tracking learning plans to measure performance and optimize results. Ultimately youll help translate loyalty strategy into action by supporting the end-to-end delivery of personalized content that deepens guest engagement and drives program success.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:Bachelors degree B.A./B.S.Ideal candidate will have 2 3 years in a role with experience in retail marketing guest experience and/or operationsAble to develop strong relationships and build trust and confidence with partnersStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust have strong attention to detail and be able to find efficiencies in daily tasks.Thrives on variety and multi-taskingStrong problem solving with a solutions oriented mindset.Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment work through ambiguity and adapt with the business as it evolves over time.Technical aptitude and experience working with technical team and new product systems is desirable.This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
