In this role, you will:

• Provide on-site clinical support to medically complex adults with disabilities.
• Perform ongoing monitoring of the person’s medical care along with the RN staff.
• Administer medication and treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best health outcomes.

LPNs Require:

• NYS Licensure/Certification
• CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge
• Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred
