Here are the job details for your review: Job Title: T-LPN/T-RN Location: Albuquerque NM 87109 Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Days: Sun Mon Tue) Duration: 17 weeks (Possibility of extension) Pay rate: $40.53/hr on W2 Required Experience & Certifications Active and unencumbered RN or LPN license (State or Compact). Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience. Current BLS certification. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Roles & Responsibilities (5 6 Lines) Provide safe and effective patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and facility standards. Monitor patient conditions administer medications and document care accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate changes in patient status promptly. Ensure compliance with facility policies safety procedures and regulatory guidelines. Float to designated areas as required based on facility needs.
