About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
