What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan

• Administer medications, perform assessments, provide wound care, and complete required documentation

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily activities

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the physician

• Collaborate with the healthcare team and families to ensure the highest quality of care

What You’ll Need

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or program

• Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license (or multi-state license)

• Current CPR certification

• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

• A compassionate approach and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
