Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Thomasville, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities

Direct Resident Care: Provide exceptional bedside care, monitor vital signs, and focus on overall resident comfort and safety.
Clinical Duties: Administer medications, accurately document therapeutic effects, prepare injections, manage catheters, and collect lab samples.
Wound Care & Treatment: Deliver specialized wound care treatments as ordered by physicians.
Team Coaching: Provide daily guidance, support, and coaching to the floor staff to maintain high care standards.

Requirements

License: Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
Certifications: Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred).
Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively train and support clinical staff.
Traits: A compassionate, friendly demeanor and a genuine willingness to make a daily difference.
