Are you a compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We currently have openings across all shifts and offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families to support resident care.

• Uphold a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in the state of PA

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living (preferred but not required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong team player with a passion for patient-centered care.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
