Job Title: LPN / LVN Outpatient Rehab & Mental Health Location: Ithaca NY Duration: 13 Weeks 8-hour shifts MondayFriday Pay: $25$35/hourPosition Summary:Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN / LVN Outpatient Rehab & Mental Healthfor an exciting job in Ithaca NY.Key Responsibilities:Prepare calibrate and administer medications including liquid methadone and occasional injectables starting at 7:00 AM.Conduct wellness checks including vitals blood pressure and general assessments.Assist Nurse Practitioners with rooming patients and documentation.Collect and process urine samples; verify patient information.Maintain strict accuracy with controlled substances; medication errors are not permissible.Document care in Epic and manage dosing using Evolve software.Ensure compliance with facility protocols safety standards and patient confidentiality.Float between Ithaca and Cortland locations as scheduled.Qualifications:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent in NY State.Experience in rehab mental health or outpatient clinical settings preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage controlled substances safely.Compassion and empathy for unique patient populations.Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic) and dosing software (Evolve).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.For more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
