Join us today and bring your individuality along!LPN or RN Charge Nurse Requirements:âAdministrate or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatmentsCollect store and ensure transport of certain specimens for laboratory studiesCommunicate with physicians via telephone fax and Physician Communication formsEnsure physician orders laboratory reports and other data is scanned and filed in resident chartsAssist in the development and revision of service plans.
