LPN Pool Staff - DSL Calvado Care at Calvado Care

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse's to join our Pool team.  We have 4 locations  Our homes include:  Gasport, Allegany, Three Rivers, and Aurora Park! Pool LPNs will be required to work at one facility at least one shift and up to 3 shifts at another location.

This position is responsible for the physical, emotional and social well-being of patients and coordinating with health care management.

       The ideal candidate will have a background in long term care and experience working with a variety of patients in a medical environment.

       This individual must be passionate about providing the best possible care for our patients and will work well with a team, quickly identifying alternate         solutions when issues arise.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide medical treatments and care to residents and patients.
• Meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents.
• Improve residents' quality of life.
• Monitor residents' medical conditions, vital signs, intake and output statistics, and general health patterns.
• Work with other nursing professionals to ensure an overall quality of care is provided.
• Work with families to help them understand the needs of their loved ones.
