We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Quality Assurance (QA) LPNNurse positionin the Lake Charlesarea.Job Description:A Quality Assurance LPNis responsible for assuring quality control of all health services provided by the Agency and for reviewing documentation for compliance and appropriateness of care.Qualifications:Must have an associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college.Must have at least one years experience in hospice home health or a related field. Must have a current State LPN or LVN license. Must be able to speak and write effectively. Must work well with other disciplines to coordinate patient care.
