JOB DESCRIPTION

SIGN ON BONUS- Over 3 year plan

LPN- $5,000

RN - $10,000

Responsibilities:

  • The Unit Manager is responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care through utilization of the nursing process, and through coordination and supervision of the nursing personnel providing care.

  • Provides clinical supervision of resident/patient care.

  • Provides 24-hour accountability for resident/patient care.

  • Provides oversight and leadership of nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations; joint commission standards; accepted standards of nursing practice; quality outcomes; and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Two years long term care and acute care experience preferred

  • RN preferred
