Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or status to the nursing staff and physicians

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
