Full-timeDescriptionThis position is for an LPN who supports the mission of Saving Lives Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling case management and medically assisted treatment. If you are looking for a career where you can make a difference in someones life Spero Health is the right place for you!The LPNs responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Administer and coordinate medical services necessary for all patients within the center.Assist and be responsible for patient during appointments.Dispense and reconcile daily controlled substance medication in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).Answering incoming calls and checking voice messages regularly.Perform urine drug screens takes vitals assist with patient evaluations.Call in patient medication as directed by Physician/Mid-level Provider.Input accurate patient information into electronic health record.Sending prior-authorizations to insurance companies.Review of the Prescription Monitoring Database.Provide education and resource information regarding medication.Ability to perform phlebotomy.RequirementsEducation:High School Diploma requiredLPN requiredExperience:1-3 years of experienceExperience with labs blood draws and injections required.Experience in an OTP licensed clinic preferredMust be able to obtain and maintain CPR certificationBENEFITS:Medical Dental and Health Savings AccountVision Life and Disability insurance (100% Company Paid)Generous PTO and paid holidays401(k) retirement program with company matchWellness Programs (Fitness Reimbursement & Smoking Cessation)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Discounts via Tickets at WorkLOAN FORGIVENESS PROGRAMS:Spero Health is a STAR (Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery) approved organization.
