We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Administrator to join our non-skilled homecare agency start-up.  Strong organizational skills will be essential as you manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain effective documentation, all while fostering a positive team environment. As the Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s culture and driving its overall success. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, motivating staff and encouraging teamwork.

• Demonstrate flexibility by being available to meet business and client needs, including working outside typical hours when necessary.

• Identify and implement growth opportunities to expand the agency’s reach and impact within the community.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive compassionate, personalized care.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, families, and the community to promote the agency’s services and mission.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the home care or medical field.

• High energy with a positive, approachable personality.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and leading a diverse team.

• Knowledge of state policies and procedures related to homecare services.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with initiative.

• Passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

• Willing to go the extra mile to ensure client well-being and satisfaction.
