You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed your role you will: Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses medication aides caregivers dietary aides housekeepers case managers and nurse leaders to provide exceptional care. Ensure clinical practices meet high safety and sanitation standards while following professional nursing guidelines. Keep documentation medication administration resident care safety staff training quality improvement and resident rights in line with facility standards.
