They perform Jiffy Lube’s Signature Service® Oil Change, as well as inspect, maintain, and service cars and light trucks with attention to detail and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. This position is essential to the success of our stores and our commitment to excellence. Every technician receives comprehensive training through Jiffy Lube University, our award-winning training program, leading to full certification.Requirements:Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesEnergetic, hardworking, and capable of managing multiple tasks at onceDemonstrates initiative, takes ownership, and can be counted onExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMaintains a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and thrives in a team-oriented environmentMust have a valid driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust successfully complete all required training through Jiffy Lube UniversityJob Duties Include, but Are Not Limited To:Performing Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil ChangesConducting a 17-point Report on Condition visual safety inspectionServicing filters, light bulbs, wiper blades, tire rotations, and other light-duty maintenancePerforming fluid exchanges, including coolant, transmission, power steering, and other vital systemsMaintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including regular cleanup duties
