We operate North Asheville and South Asheville locations and a catering department. We are locally and independently owned, food quality driven, and well known for our fun and eclectic work environments and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for qualified hospitality professionals like yourself to help us continue to grow and add new stores in the Asheville area!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">SUMMARY</strong></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The Kitchen Manager is a leader in the restaurant and takes responsibility for maintaining the written standards of the company and ultimately delivering the financial and qualitative measurements of success. To achieve this, the Kitchen Manager must be an expert at balancing the needs of the team, the guests, the community, and the company.
