Come join our team!As an assistant, your primary responsibility will be to finalize the food with garnishments and accessories before it goes out to the guests. This includes making sure they have dinner rolls, butter, steak knives, etc. You will also be sacking up to-go orders. You may be asked to run food or help keep the dining environment clean and attractive. This includes clearing tables, removing used dishes, and setting tables for the next set of customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of our customers, promptly and courteously. You will need to communicate with servers and assist them as needed. You should be quick to refill drinks and clear away used utensils.
