Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMACD CoordinatorTechnology Solutions$21.00 per hourMonday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00a-6:00pWorthington, Ohio (onsite)4-6 Month Contract Why You’ll Love This Job:An innovative and entrepreneurial approach to business problemsA reputation for being an employee-centric organization where the concern for, and appreciation of, its highly skilled and competent staff encourages both personal and professional growth What You’ll Do:Manage and track wireline MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) orders from initiation to completionCommunicate professionally with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order issues and prevent delaysUse internal and external portals to place, monitor, and progress ordersInterpret circuit and service details to ensure accurate order fulfillmentOversee order lifecycle stages, including vendor coordination and installation schedulingMaintain wireline inventory by capturing key service attributes (e.g., pricing, bandwidth, IPs, SLAs)Review carrier invoices and customer service records for accuracyMeet service level agreements (SLAs) for order processingSupport Audit and Invoice Management teams as neededCollaborate across international borders and time zonesWhat We’re Looking For: One year or more experience with wireline or telecom servicesProficient knowledge of wireline telecom circuits and servicesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasksAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentApply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
