Assembler / CNC Machine Operator Full-Time at Borg Design Inc

Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Assembler / CNC Machine Operator. This role combines hands-on assembly work with the operation of CNC machines, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble machined parts according to work instructions, including dowel pin installation, helicoils, threaded inserts, and other hardware. Clean, deburr, and prepare parts for shipment. Mark parts using ink stamps and perform general part inspection. Operate CNC machines with precision and care, including loading parts and raw materials. Inspect finished parts and learn quality standards. Work with hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. Qualifications: Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided. Ability to follow detailed work instructions. Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
